UQ offers four postgraduate programs that feature a unique, multidisciplinary approach to development practice. You will obtain a deeper understanding of the contemporary challenges facing development across areas such as the rights of Indigenous peoples, inequality, gender, health, violence, alternative economics, climate justice, and environmental sustainability.

Focusing on the fundamentals, this six-month program is suitable for students with an approved degree, or post-secondary study and relevant work experience.
This 18-month program is ideal for those with an approved degree in the same discipline or any approved degree with relevant professional experience.
Combine core and specialised courses in this two-year program ideal for those with an approved degree in any discipline. Early exit with a Graduate Certificate is possible.
Learn how to lead transformative global development through this flexible, online coursework series. You can earn this industry-recognised credential on its own or as part of the master's program.
