The Asia Pacific Centre for the Responsibility to Protect invites you to attend a public lecture delivered by Dr Steven Rood "Marawi Crisis and Martial Law in Mindanao: Implications for the Peace Process and Beyond".

Dr Steven Rood is an expert on Filipino politics and society and the former Representative to the Philippines with The Asia Foundation. Dr Rood is currently a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at ANU.
