During this time of the semester, it is inevitable that you may be experiencing stress from work, projects, assignments, quizzes, and exams. Join us on this online mindfulness workshop which will be led by our professional mindfulness instructor Yasuyo Uehara. This workshop aims to enhance your awareness through various mindfulness practices, including meditation, dipping into the river activity, etc., as well as provide tips on practices that you can do in your own time. Finally, we hope that this workshop can lead you to embrace the struggles and cherish the good moments that have happened in your life!
