This project aims to develop skills training for 350+ Open House volunteers, and provide opportunities to produce engaging user-generated content from diverse perspectives. Your project team will have the chance to influence the direction of the conference programs and organise key aspects of the events such as the venue, speakers and promotion.

Teaching adolescents writing in today’s classrooms (Brisbane State High School)

This project seeks students with an educational and research background to review educational research into teaching writing to adolescents, examine the affordances and constraints of new technologies in this space, review research on the impact of these new technologies on writing, and offer implications for practice – how high school teachers can move beyond theorising adolescent online literacies to reimagine their adolescent learner and situate the teaching of writing within their multiliteracies world.
