Celia Sebastian

Hi! I’m Celia, a Master of International Relations student at UQ. With a background in Economics and French, I enjoy connecting with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. As a Student Ambassador, I am passionate about creating welcoming spaces where students feel included, supported, and welcomed.

Prior to my studies at UQ, I worked as a French teacher, which strengthened my love for communication and community-building. Since then, I’ve enjoyed volunteering and events, and I truly enjoy the sense of connection it brings.

Outside of university, you’ll often find me exploring Brisbane, cooking, or trying out new ramen spots. I’m excited to grow personally and professionally, and I look forward to contributing positively to the HASS Student Ambassadors team!
