HASS Student Program Advising appointments

Current students can book a HASS Student Program Advising appointment via StudentHub. These are appointments of up to 30 minutes where you can get detailed advice on what you need to do to complete your program requirements (you must be enrolled in a HASS program and in at least one course for the semester to have access to book an appointment; if you are a new student, you will receive access 24-48 hours after enrolling).

Please note: These appointments are for program advice only – if you have general questions about your enrolment (such as how to declare plans, enrol in courses, apply for credit transfer, etc), please contact the HASS Student Administration Office (see contact details above).

Students are able to book ONE Student Program Advising appointment per semester. If you have recently had a Student Program Advising appointment or received a progression check and have not changed your plans, you do not need to make a further appointment but can refer to the information contained in the follow-up email. Any questions you have can be asked by email or telephone or in person at the HASS Student Administration Office.

When booking an appointment, you can choose for it to be conducted via telephone (only available if you are in Australia - we will call you so please ensure your contact details are correct) or by Zoom (click on the ‘Join Meeting’ button in your confirmation email).

When you book, you must include the reason for making an appointment and whether you are a new or an existing student (minimum 25 characters).
