Melanie Harper

Melanie is currently in her fourth year of studying a dual Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Education (Secondary) in which she majors in ancient history/ history and criminology. Since commencing her studies in 2019, she has engaged in a number of different opportunities and activities at UQ, including the 2020/ 21 Summer Research Scholar program and the 2021 Student-Staff Partnership (SSP) Advisory Group, and has also participated in several SSP projects as a student representative, and had several different positions within the executive teams for multiple UQ clubs and societies. Melanie is passionate about expanding opportunities to more members of the UQ community, and also enjoys helping connect students with other students and staff across the university.
