Gloria Woods

I am a second year Masters of Teaching (Secondary) student, with teaching areas in Chemistry and Biology. I have spent the past year building connections with fellow students, and acting in a role as the Postgraduate Liaison Officer with the UQ Education Society. I previously did my undergraduate studies at UQ and know the importance of having a clear and strong voice for student representation, as well as taking every opportunity to be involved in and around campus. I have previously been involved within the Science Leaders Academy as a Science Mentor, as well as attended many School of Education events throughout the year.

I am willing to speak up for all students, and will always be around for any enquiries on advice for how to get involved in campus, to bring forth any issues students (especially postgraduate students may face) or to even introduce you to new connections to help all students make new friends.
