We all have wellbeing, it doesn't matter if you're looking for a way to get edge-up the top of your game or if you're on the verge of a panic-induced meltdown, these sources of info will help you find what you need when you need it!

2. UQ Sport & UQU Social Sport

A healthy lifestile and some good physical exercise is one of the best ways to take care of yourself academically AND socially!  

UQSport offers some great exercise programs and facilities and has a bazillion or so clubs around sport for you to get into.  If you're looking for something competative, recreational, or purely social, this is a great starting point!  They also have a great instagram that celebrates amazing UQ sporting achievements and is a great source of info about opportunties to get your sport on!

3. Mentoring Programs
