Preparing for graduation
Graduation is an exciting and busy time, and to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible we have developed a few steps to assist you with preparing for graduation. We recommend that you complete the following steps, and review the information on the UQ Graduations website.
3. Requests to Articulate through a Postgraduate Coursework Suite in Final Semester
Domestic and International (without a formal articulation offer) postgraduate students who wish to articulate in their final semester through a postgraduate coursework suite are advised to apply via the program change request application in SI-net. More information about this process can be found at myAdvisor.
If the program change request application window has closed, and it is before census date, you are advised that you must submit a request in writing to the Faculty (hass@uq.edu.au) by one week before census date in the relevant semester. Requests should include your name, 8 digit student number, program information, and reason for the request.
Requests received after census date will not be accepted. You will need to graduate with your current program, and reapply through the Online Application System for the requested program in the following semester.
International students who have been issued a formal articulation offer do not need to contact the Faculty. We will run a report to identify you in your final semester of your current program, and you will be contacted.
