Recruitment periods vary depending on the job, but many units hire students during the breaks in preparation for the start of semester. If you're looking for a job on campus, check for postings before the start of a new semester, or at the end of the current semester for your best chance at securing a role!

Government Roles

Interested in piloting a career in the public sector? Explore paid internships with the Australian Government! The Productivity Commission is currently recruiting summer interns for a paid 6-week placement in Melbourne or Canberra, with potential pathways to graduate roles.
